Until when can I cancel free of charge?

We know that travel plans can change. That’s why you can cancel your booking with Sunny Cars free of charge up to 1 hour before the start of the rental during our opening hours – with no need to give a reason.

The full rental price will be refunded to you within a few days. This means you take no risk when booking your rental car with Sunny Cars.

How can I cancel?

We make it as easy as possible for you to cancel your booking. You have several options:

At any time in your account (if you have one)
Using the link to your booking overview in your booking documents (sent with your voucher by e-mail)
By phone on +49 (0)89 82 99 33 900 during our opening hours (contact details are also listed on your voucher)
By e-mail to storno@sunnycars.com – we will process your request as quickly as possible during opening hours
If you booked through a travel agency, please cancel directly with them

For very last-minute cancellations, we recommend calling us during opening hours so your request can be processed immediately.

Is it possible to change my booking?

Yes. Changes to your reservation can be made up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period. Simply log in to your account and access the relevant booking via the link in your booking confirmation. You can then make the changes yourself.

Alternatively, you can also call us on 089 / 82 99 33 900 – our rental car experts will be happy to help you! Sunny Cars does not charge a rebooking fee for this.
