Until when can I cancel free of charge?

If your trip does not take place, you can cancel your rental car with us free of charge up to 1 hour before the rental - without giving any reasons!

We will refund you the full price of the trip within a few days. With our buyer protection, we also give you the guarantee that your payment is 100% secure.

How can I cancel?

  • at any time yourself via your My Sunny Account, if available
  • at any time yourself via the My Booking link in your booking documents
  • by telephone during our opening hours on +49 (0) 89 82 99 33 900
  • by e-mail to storno@sunnycars.com - we take care of processing as quickly as possible within our opening hours
  • if you have booked there via your travel agency during its opening hours

Please note: If your cancellation is at very short notice, we recommend cancelling by telephone.

Is a change to my booking also free of charge?

Your trip is taking place, yet it may happen that the flight times change, you want to extend the rental period or change your payment method? Or you would like to add one of our services?

No problem, rebookings and changes have always been free of charge with Sunny Cars and will remain so. Use the same options as described above for cancellations.
