Would you like to feel like a local on holiday? Have dinner at the traditional fish restaurant on the beach, visit a popular festival or find every art gallery, no matter how small? The concierge service makes it possible! Through Sunny2go, you can reach the concierge daily from 9am - 6pm by call or chat. Ask him for tips and recommendations, reserve a table, send flowers or leave tickets. Whatever your wishes are ... Your concierge will take care of it - this service is of course part of the Sunny Cars inclusive services for you.
Entry regulations
You can use Sunny2go as early as 14 days before the start of your rental - conveniently via smartphone, tablet or PC. All entry regulations are available here for a final check. And so that nothing important is left at home, use the practical checklists, e.g. for hand luggage or the first-aid kit.

New with Sunny2go is our Smart Delay Service - your free lounge access in case of flight delays. Simply register up to 24 hours before departure with your flight number and in the event of a flight delay, thanks to flight monitoring, you will automatically receive a voucher giving you access to an airport lounge. Please remember to inform us briefly in the event of a flight delay that the pick-up time for your rental car will change. Thank you very much.

With this service you can quickly and easily find all parking options at a glance: One click on the parking symbol on the map and you will be shown the parking spaces with their opening hours and parking fees.

Would you like to decide spontaneously on your vacation where to go today with your rental car? Sunny Cars makes it possible: Simply get in your car, open Sunny2go on your smartphone and you will receive up to five route tips in your region - depending on what you feel like doing today, you select a route and then receive suggestions for stopovers, including further information, contact details and comments from other visitors. And if you want to know more, simply call the concierge service. That way, you can relax and discover way more of the country you are visiting.
Calendar of Events
On Sunny2go you can now discover a wide range of exciting events in different catagories for your destination. Events are available for the period from the first rental day up to 30 days afterwards and are presented with further information such as a detailed description of time and location. Now you're ready to go! Via MyBooking, you can call up your booking details for your rental car again at any time, as well as all the information about the rental station.
You realise that you need more holiday days for all these experiences? No problem: Changes to your reservation can be made up to 24 hours before the start of the rental procedure. Sunny Cars does not charge its own rebooking fee. Please bear in mind that a rebooking or adjustment of your car rental booking is made at the current rental price and the rental price may change accordingly. Cancellation is possible up to 1 hour before the start of the rental thanks to the free cancellation protection.
Your exclusive access to Sunny2go
Can't wait to plan your well-deserved holiday in advance? Sunny2go and all its services are already available to you 14 days before the rental. At home, you can also access them conveniently on your PC, tablet and smartphone and, for example, print out your travel guide early.
Exclusivity included? All services are available to you as a Sunny Cars customer free of charge. This is why Sunny2go is not listed in the App Store, for example. On your voucher you will find the link and QR code with which you can call up Sunny2go.
