Reservation changes up to 24 hours before the start of the rental
We know that holiday plans can sometimes change. That’s why we give you the option to change your booking up to 24 hours before the start of the rental – quickly and easily. Whether it’s the rental period, pick-up time, vehicle category, driver’s name, accessories or additional services – changes are free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the rental.
How to change your booking
If you’ve already made a reservation and would like to make changes, simply contact our rental car experts on +49 (0)89 82 99 33 900. You’ll also find the contact details on your voucher. Please have your booking number ready – we’ll take care of the rest.
Important note on the rental price
Please note that changes to your booking are always made at the current rental price. This means the original rental price may change accordingly.
Cancellation option with free cancellation protection
If you are unable to start your trip at all, you benefit from our free cancellation protection. This allows you to cancel your booking free of charge up to 1 hour before the start of the rental during our opening hours. You can find more information here: Free cancellation protection.
