Flexible payment process
Once you’ve completed your booking, you’ll receive a secure link where you can enter your payment details. At this point, you can still change your payment method if you wish. Then simply authorise the payment – done!
Purchase on account
SEPA-debit
With SEPA direct debit, your bank handles the transfer for you. By providing a direct debit mandate, you authorise us to collect the outstanding amount from your account.
Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your payment details are entered via a secure link, with encryption ensuring a safe transaction. For additional protection, we also use two-factor authentication.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely via your PayPal account, where your payment data is already saved. Transactions are encrypted and also protected by two-factor authentication.
When is the payment made?
- Purchase on account: Transfer the amount no later than 14 days before the rental.
- SEPA direct debit: The amount will be debited automatically 14 days before the rental.
- Credit card or PayPal: Authorise your payment via the secure link in your payment e-mail. The amount will be collected within seven days of authorisation.
This way, you always stay flexible and can choose the option that works best for you.
How is the deposit handled?
In most cases, a credit card (with PIN) in the name of the main driver is required for the deposit. Any exceptions can be found in the specific rental terms and conditions.
Our Sunny Tip:
With our optional No deposit service or the possibility of a cash deposit, you can also collect your rental car without a credit card.
