We understand that your travel plans may change and that there are uncertainties. That’s why we have already integrated cancellation protection in your booking. If your trip doesn’t happen, you can cancel your rental car with Sunny Cars free of charge up to 1 hour before the rental during our opening hours – without giving a reason!

You will get the full trip price back from us within a few days. With our buyer protection, we also guarantee that your payment is 100% secured.

How can I cancel?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel your booking. We offer various options for this:

  • You can cancel it yourself at any time in your My Sunny account, if you have one
  • Alternatively, you can give instructions to cancel it using the My Booking link in your booking documents, which you will have received with your voucher e-mail
  • If you have any questions or wish to cancel, you can contact us by telephone on +49 898 2993 3900 during our opening hours
  • By e-mail at storno@sunnycars.com – we will process this as quickly as possible during our opening hours
  • If you made your booking via your travel agency, please cancel it there directly 

It is possible to cancel up to 1 hour before the start of the rental thanks to the free cancellation protection.

Please note: For cancellations at very short notice, we recommend contacting us by telephone during our opening hours to ensure quick processing.

Is it possible to change my booking?

If you have already booked a rental car with us but would like to make changes, we will be happy to assist you.

Changes to reservations can be made up to 24 hours before the start of the rental. Sunny Cars does not charge a separate rebooking fee, but rebookings and changes to the rental car booking are made at the current price and may sometimes differ from the original price.
