Description and scope of data processing
On our website we give users the option to create a login and register by providing personal data. When doing so, the data is entered into an entry form, transferred to us and stored. Data is not passed on to third parties.
The following data is collected in the course of the registration process:
- Email address
- Password
- Title (gender)
- First and last name
- Address (street and house number, postcode and city)
- Optional: Telephone number, fax number, mobile number and date of birth
- Language
As part of the registration process
a) consent is obtained from the user to process this data.
b) consent is obtained to send the user regular discount mailings by e-mail.
Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of data when the user’s consent has been obtained is Article6(1)(a) GDPR.
Purpose of data processing
The user’s registration is necessary so that personal data can be kept ready for certain services provided at the customer’s request, e.g. quick check-in.
Duration of storage
The data collected during the registration process is deleted when registration on our website is revoked unless erasure is not prevented by legal considerations (retention periods, traceability).
Right to object and right to rectification
You have the option to permanently unsubscribe from direct mailings at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the mailing. Alternatively, you can contact marketing@sunnycars.de to permanently unsubscribe from mailings.
You as a user have the option to terminate your registration at any time. You can amend or delete the data stored on you, or have us amend or delete it, at any time.
