Reduction of the minimum age to below 25

If you are younger than 25 years old, we recommend you book a rental car with the service Underage. With this service you can have the minimum age of the driver reduced to under 25 years without paying an additional fee. The minimum age is then 21 years for both the main and any additional drivers.

To book a rental car with this service, please select on the car selection page in the filter on the left under 'Services' Underage - only rental cars that include this service will be displayed. If the service Underage of age is not displayed in the filter on the left, you may have the option to lower the minimum age with the local fleet provider. To do so, enter your exact age under 'Personal Data' - you will be shown directly whether a reduction is possible and how much you will have to pay for it locally.
